At: Barony Campus East Ayrshire
The Barony Campus in Cumnock, Scotland is the biggest capital project build ever undertaken by East Ayrshire Council, with costs in the region of £68m. The Campus is a modern design with large, open plan circulation areas which receive footfall from hundreds of students and staff in the course of a day. The communal areas required an acoustic floor to reduce noise distribution . MacGregor Flooring helped facilitate the decision with the supply chain partner to switch the specification from a competitor flooring to Altro Orchestra and carried out a smooth installation of 8000m2 of the product in colour Cello.
