Once you have submitted the registration form you will receive an email to verify your account. You will need to verify your account in order to log in, so follow the link in the verification email to complete this action.
When you set your password, it will need to be at least 8 characters including an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character.

To get a real sense of the colour, quality and feel of our products, you can request a small sample piece. If you order before 2pm, we’ll send your samples out the same day.
You can order samples from all our ranges, and up to six pieces of any individual colour.
If you’re unsure what samples you need, we would love to help, just contact us.
We now offer a free samples return service, so once you’ve finished with your samples, you can simply return them to us to re-use or recycle.
