Altro Whiterock wall cladding has been used for the Forum and the Itis McDonald's restaurants in Helsinki, mainly in the kitchen areas where food is prepared. Both restaurants were renovated at the same time. Altro Whiterock was selected for its easy cleanability and ease of maintenance.
"We drew up a few different interior design concepts for our restaurant facilities and chose Altro Whiterock. It is a high quality product which will give a unified look for our restaurants now and in the future. We look forward to having a quality kitchen that will perform for years to come," says Marko Sokka.
"We decided to choose Altro Whiterock wall cladding for the kitchen facilities, as it was clearly better than ceramic tiles. The walls are easy to keep clean and hygienic and the installation was done quickly," explains Teemu Ruokokoski, McDonald's facilities consultant in Finland.
"The restaurant staff has been very pleased with the new the wall cladding, finding it easier to keep clean than the old tiled walls. Altro Whiterock provides a smooth, seamless surface that creates a good look and feel for the kitchens," says Teemu Ruokokoski.
