Samples express

Order free product samples via our samples express service. Simply add your chosen samples to your basket and place your order. Request your samples before 2pm and we usually dispatch the same day. Non-standard or modified samples, or requests for a larger number of samples may require more time to fulfil.

Free samples return

We now offer a free samples return service, so once you’ve finished with your samples, you can simply return them to us to re-use or recycle. Follow the simple steps below to create your free Royal Mail returns label now:

1. Follow the link to the Royal Mail Tracked Returns hub
2. Enter the relevant information and confirm your parcel does not exceed the sizes shown
3. Choose ‘collect from me’ or ‘drop off your item’. If you choose to drop off, you will be required to print a label
4. Organise your collection or drop off and your samples will be on their way
